About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, personable, and detail-oriented Bartender to join our team at The White Pine Supper Club. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming bar experience, preparing high-quality cocktails, and delivering attentive service to both guests and team members.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and attention to detail
Provide friendly, engaging service and create a warm, inviting atmosphere
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering as needed
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
Qualifications:
Prior bartending experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Knowledge of classic cocktails and willingness to learn new recipes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

About the Company
The Ellison Inn & Lounge is a family-owned boutique inn and lounge in Door County, Wisconsin, blending mid-century character with modern hospitality. We operate a 15-room inn and an active lounge, and are excited to introduce our new on-site restaurant, White Pine Supper Club, opening in May 2026, serving both locals and visitors in one of Wisconsin’s most popular tourist destinations.
