Our well kept and clean guest rooms boast the original wood paneling in pristine condition and retain the original vintage tile and vanities while offering updated bespoke wallpaper and personal care amenities. Each room brings its own unique personality to the table, with colors that compliment the original tiles of Indigo Blue, Earth Green, Sunset Yellow, and Plum Purple, with period reflective seating for 2 + a table, statement lighting, and frame TVs w/ cable.

Booking Policies and Property Information:
Property & Staff: The Ellison Inn is a self-check-in hotel; however, attendants are on-site and available during regular business hours between 8am-8pm. Our front desk attendants are not committed to the front desk as we are a small family-owned and operated business with limited employees available to cover all operational duties. Our team members often wear multiple hats, which can lead to them being needed in various parts of the building and varying availability throughout the day. Rest assured, you will always find friendly faces and kind staff on site during your stay, and available via text.
Reservations: Must be at least 21 years of age, provide a valid ID, have a phone that allows texting services or a valid email address to book with us. Reservations made 15 days or more from the arrival date are required to pay a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be automatically charged 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. Reservations made 14 days or less than the arrival date are required to pay in full at the time of completing the reservation. The person(s) or party registering is responsible for all charges and/or any damages to room, furnishings, fixtures, or property and agrees to reimburse The Ellison Inn & Lounge with the authorized credit card provided at booking.
Cancellation Policy: We provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 15 days prior the check-in date, after that we offer a 50% refund for cancellations or reservation changes. To ensure clear documentation and avoid any misunderstandings, we require all cancellation and modification requests to be submitted via email or text.
Checking in after 8PM: Please note that if you are checking in after 8 PM staff members may not be readily available as our front desk hours are 8am - 8pm. Please reply to your confirmation text prior to 8 pm if you have any questions regarding checking in after 8PM.
Special Requests: We will make every effort to honor special requests. We cannot make any guarantees that special requests will be met but will do our best depending on the availability. Please reply to your confirmation text for special requests.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM - STRICTLY Enforced – should guests violate this policy; a warning will be given. A second violation will result in immediate eviction from the hotel without a refund.
Parking: Parking is available in the main parking lot directly in front of the building. Parking is at your own risk. All vehicle(s) must be registered with us. Only one parking space per room is guaranteed.
Housekeeping: We provide full housekeeping services prior to check-in. A light cleaning service during guest stays can be provided at the guest's request for a fee between 8a-12pm. Guests staying more than three days are welcome to schedule a complimentary light cleaning service between 8a-12pm.
Early Arrivals and Late Departures: You may add an early arrival or late check out to your reservation for a fee if the option shows as available. For guaranteed early check-in we recommend reserving for the prior night. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the building. Late check-outs that are not approved ahead of time will be subject to a $50 fee.
Inappropriate Behavior: Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, The Ellison Inn and Lounge reserves the right to request that the guest vacate their room and officials will be notified.
Occupancy: Room capacity not to exceed guest count within our terms and policies. Registered hotel guests only are permitted in the hotel.
Smoking: The Ellison is a non-smoking facility. Any evidence of smoking in the guest’s room will result in a $200 fee.
Surveillance: The lobby, lounge and exterior of the hotel are under 24/7 surveillance.
Pets: Should evidence of a pet be found we reserve the right to charge $200 for cleaning. Certified service dogs are permitted.
No Party Policy: The Ellison Inn and Lounge enforces a strict No Party Policy for the comfort and security of all guests. Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time. Should guests violate this policy, a warning will be issued. A second violation will result in immediate eviction from the building.
Cribs & Roll Away Cots: We do not supply or offer cribs or cots.

Lost & Found Policy: The Ellison Inn & Lounge assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call or text us immediately and we will assist you in locating your lost item.

Damage and/or Theft of Hotel Property: Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused to The Ellison Inn & Lounge property, whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts by themselves or their party. We reserve the right to charge the credit or debit card provided at registration for any costs associated with damages, missing items, unauthorized pets, smoking fees, cleaning fees, or extra guest compensation. Charges may be processed after departure if damage is discovered. We will make every effort to repair damages internally before seeking outside services to minimize costs.

In Case Of Emergency or Fire: For Emergencies, please call 911 first. Please also notify staff or text us by responding to any of our previous texts in the event of a fire or other emergencies. A map that shows emergency exits can be found on the back of your room door and in the Guest Information guidebook located in each guest room.
