The Lounge was intentionally preserved to maintain its character; the kind of place where locals once gathered after long workdays, fishermen who helped found Ellison Bay shared stories, and travelers found unexpected moments of connection. Today, we continue that tradition by serving a locally sourced whitefish dish from Henricksen Fisheries, honoring the history embedded in these walls while breathing new life into it. 

 

This winter, we’re thrilled to deepen that sense of community by welcoming Chef Bob and the Shoreline crew into the space for a special seasonal residency, bringing their warmth, hospitality, and comforting cuisine to our mid-century setting.

 

Whether you’re enjoying a cocktail by the soft glow of the fire or savoring a quiet winter evening tucked into one of our vintage-inspired corners, The Ellison Lounge offers a sense of familiarity that feels instantly like home. 

 

Our menu features sophisticated comfort food and sumptuous Sunday brunch menu, complemented by a selection of crafted cocktails. ​This is a space built on memory but revived so new ones can be made.
