Getting Here
Getting here is easy—just stay on Highway 42 all the way through Sturgeon Bay and continue north. As you come into Ellison Bay and start heading down the hill near the welcome sign, you’ll find us on the right-hand side.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reservation, guests must reply directly to their original confirmation email or text message, no exceptions.

15+ days prior to arrival: Full refund of the deposit

14 days to 72 hours prior to check-in (3:00 PM CST): Deposit is non-refundable and subject to full charge of the stay, including taxes and fees

Within 72 hours of arrival, after check-in, or no-shows: No refunds; full amount is forfeited

Non-refundable discounted rates: 100% non-refundable at all times

If your reservation was made through a third-party booking site, cancellations must be made directly through that platform.
All cancellation timeframes are based on the 3:00 PM CST check-in time on the arrival date. Only cancellations submitted via email or text will be accepted and eligible for refund consideration.
If a refund is issued, please allow 5–7 days for processing.

Late check outs that are not approved ahead of time are subject to an automatic late fee of $50

High speed wireless internet is offered for free throughout the hotel; whether it be rooms, lobby, lounge or communal areas.

Cell phone providers in Door County, Wisconsin include Cellcom, Verizon Wireless, and AT&T. Due to our remote location coverage can differ per providers. You can use the OpenSignal app to check coverage maps for different cell phone providers in your area
For the best service at our location and throughout Door County we recommend that you connect to Wi-Fi and also turn on your Wi-Fi calling which can be found under your cellular settings.

Smoking
Our hotel is a 100% non-smoking. It is important to us to provide a healthy environment to our guests. Per the anti-smoking law, smoking is prohibited within a 9-meter radius of every door and window of the establishment. Failing to cooperate will result in a severe fine. In addition, possession and consumption of cannabis is prohibited on the entire site and in the state of Wisconsin. Thank you for your cooperation
Onsite Amenities
For your convenience, we offer a selection of simple, thoughtful amenities to make your stay more comfortable. Most of these amenities are accessible 24/7 within the main lobby or nook. Guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary coffee between the times of 6am-11am in our main lobby. We also offer a filtered water dispenser for easy access to fresh drinking water and hot water in our nook. There is also a microwave and vending machine available in the lobby for light meal prep or quick snacks.
