The Line Cook plays a critical role in delivering consistent, high-quality food during service. This position requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently during busy shifts.
Responsibilities Include:
-Prepare menu items according to established standards
-Follow recipes and plating guidelines precisely
-Maintain a clean and organized workstation
-Assist with prep and stocking duties
-Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
-Uphold food safety and sanitation practices
Requirements
Previous kitchen experience preferred
Basic knife skills and food preparation knowledge
Ability to follow recipes and plating standards
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work evenings and weekends
