
About the Role
The Executive Chef / Lead Line Cook is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, managing staff, and maintaining an efficient and organized back-of-house environment. This role requires both leadership and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy hospitality setting and takes pride in creating a memorable dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities Include:
• Lead daily kitchen operations and service execution
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and timing
• Train and mentor kitchen staff
• Oversee food ordering, inventory, and cost control
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate on menu updates and seasonal adjustments
• Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
• Work closely with ownership and front-of-house leadership
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years kitchen experience (leadership experience preferred)
Experience in high-volume and/or seasonal restaurant environments
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Menu execution with consistency and attention to quality
Inventory management and cost control awareness
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Calm and organized under pressure
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
