Servers and bartenders are responsible for delivering friendly, attentive, and professional service to our guests. This role is essential to creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
Responsibilities include:
-Greet and serve guests in a timely and professional manner
-Accurately enter orders and process payments
-Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials
-Handle guest concerns with professionalism
-Maintain cleanliness of dining and bar areas
-Work collaboratively with kitchen and management
Requirements
Previous service experience preferred (training available for strong candidates)
Friendly and professional communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Team-oriented mindset
Responsible alcohol service knowledge (for bartenders)
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
